There was human error involved with dispatching the parcel to the right Depot.😒 It had to be retracted to the right Depot next day and then finally on its way to Hertfordshire.😀👍 I did ask Barry for a contact email address for parcel force/Royal Mail. So I could put in writing my disgust of how my parcel was handled, but yet to receive it.

I didn’t get any updates on dispatch or delivery which meant I wasn’t home to receive it when it arrived.. I emailed asking for some info about a week after I’d ordered and got no reply, sadly. Thankfully my neighbours were home and kindly took the delivery so I did get it, but with it being such a lovely and large delivery, some updates would have been appreciated.
