I ordered sampler packs and a pre order of the watermelon tub. The watermelon tub was holding up my sampler packs. When I reached out to Josh he answered promptly and we worked out an arrangement to just receive more samplers in place of the tub so they could be mailed out. I appreciated that. Taste is good but powder doesn’t dissolve no matter how you try to do it. I followed the instructions to the letter, and it didn’t work. I also tried dissolving it in warm water first and then add adding cold after that. That doesn’t work either. There are clumps of powder that come up the straw.t
