I ordered two kids’ suits from Hotiasnow, which were supposed to be delivered by December 6th. Unfortunately, the entire experience was an absolute disappointment.
Before the delivery date, I noticed something unusual with the tracking information and reached out to customer service. Despite my concerns, I was repeatedly reassured that there was no issue and that my order would arrive on time. Upon further investigation, I discovered that their system had partially incorrect information about my address, even though my phone number and email were accurate. Not once did anyone call or email me to clarify or resolve the issue.
I made multiple trips to the post office, where I was consistently informed that the package had been returned to the sender. Despite this, customer service continued to dismiss my concerns and simply provided the same tracking information over and over again, asking me to “try again.”
After nearly two months of back-and-forth, they finally informed me that my order had been destroyed. Instead of offering a refund, they suggested I place a new order with a 30% discount. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional—essentially, they took $220 from me with no resolution or accountability.
This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a negative review, as I usually avoid doing so, but this experience deserves it. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and proper customer care is deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
