I was excited to order two pairs of matching shoes for my children to wear at our wedding on December 12th. A few days after placing my order, I was informed that one of the sizes (25) was suddenly out of stock and would be refunded. This was very disappointing, especially because the availability had been confirmed when I ordered. Customer service couldn’t offer any solution beyond the refund, and to this day the size hasn’t come back in stock. No one can tell me if it will be available in time
