Pretty certain this whole site is a scam. They DO NOT sell the actual Tee Popper. It is a cheap unit called the b-hit trainer and it’s garbage. Plus you unknowingly get signed up for a monthly membership to the dugout that has to be cancelled before you get charged. Again, they DO NOT sell the tee popper and returns are at your cost.

Delayed order, poor product quality.

item arrived late, broke the first day and was cheaply made for the $50 price tag. would not recommend this company

Brutal product and service

Automatically Enrolled into a Membership that requires recurring payments without details or consent was a big disappointment and concern. Opting out of this was not easily found on and neither were serials regarding this so called free membership.

Shipping was slow. Box was damaged since he it was shipped in plastic bag

The box arrived crumpled.

Product doesn’t work after one day

Items broke quickly, false advertising, and customer service won’t return emails

Explained on previous page. Was ok. Didn't get the extra book, etc. that I was supposed to get but didn't want it anyway.

Not impressed

I did not receive two of the three items. The b-hit trainer popper lasted around 1 week before it broke during normal course of use.

Order the tee popper extra balls and the 2 training manuals and I received a broken tee popper and the balls and never received the manuals talked to customer service several times sent pictures and videos as requested and still nothing has been done to resolve the issue

The product worked for 1 day and then it got stuck and never pop a ball again.

Tee popper broke within a week of getting it. Very cheaply made. This was a waste of money.

I would like a refund. Broken after 1st night of using it

It worked, but broke way to easy

Good product, mostly for kids. As adult find it hard to deal with ball height

Box arrived very banged up. Item appears fine, the post is very difficult to push down. It makes a very loud winding clicking noise going down and when it goes up to release. I reached out to customer service to see if the item is difficile or if this is just the way it is, but they only responded asking for videos and photos, no other response from them since they were sent. Do not recommend this product, save your money.

Cheap

Felt like we received a cheap copy of the product advertised. The branding was very different and it broke within a week.

Unfortunately, the item received was not as advertised and did not meet the expectations set by the product description. The product differed from the advertisement and was not accurately represented, I am disappointed with the purchase and would like a full refund.
