Order a product. A Chinese copy was delivered

terrible given I spent $70 on this product that expressed it being a durable product and it broke immediately

The Tee and wiffle balls were received. They were packaged nicely and work great . The kids are loving it and it has increased there excitement and interest in practicing between practices.

Didn't receive everything that was supposed to come and the item came crushed up and not working.

They are falsely advertising the item they actually ship and won't respond to requests for refund

Terrible experience, emailed about broken popper, no reply.

I also tried to cancel this order within an hour of ordering and I got told “sorry it’s already shipped” mhmmm…

Don’t answer emails. Refused return even though they say 60 days to return. Terrible knock off product sent to me and half order missing.

Reached out to customer service after the item broke within 15 minutes of having it.. never heard back.

Long shipping time and item arrived defective.

Shopping was fine wasn’t clearly described size wise shipping was very slow. I didn’t realize it was out of the country when I purchased it.

You sent a generic b-hit trainer instead of a kynvale tee popper. Also, half the order hasn’t arrived yet.

No shipping or delivery details, product looked like it was kicked to my house rather than delivered.

Awful. A scam. The item I received broke immediately after opening it, making the purchase feel like a complete waste of money. I was also alarmed to discover that I had apparently been enrolled in a subscription service during the checkout process. I never knowingly agreed to recurring charges and only caught it because I happened to read a section of the fine print.

Product didn't work on delivery, sent multiple emails to business. No response.

Shipping was slow and product broke on first use. Website has a scammy feel just like the product.

You need to be more clear on how long it will take to arrive.

Gave too bad reviews. No one reached out… Faulty product no offer for replacement… An absolute scam.

The item received doesn’t look like the photos. Different brand altogether.

Tea popper came was not the original advertised piece and aftermarket Chinese version after three days the tea popper stopped working it no longer springs and the ball no longer pops up, making the entire thing in operatable terrible product asked for a refund will not purchase again
