Shopping experience was fine but the product broke after a few days of minimal use. Popping mechanism broke so it’s now useless

I order med the tee popper and there was a special that it came with extra balls. I did not receive the extra balls and have sent multiple emails to customer service. Still have not heard back.

I didn't try to do anything with this company. The part that broke is plastic that can't possibly sustain long term use. A tiny plastic base where a three inch plastic rod that will have the compressed spring sit around it will eventually break after a few uses. If it were metal it would have been much better and than they could have make a superior product to all the other handful of companies that advertise this stuff on Facebook.

Still waiting for a refund. Getting no replies from support.

Tee broke on first round of use. My son only was able to hit the ball 8 times before the inside plastic with the spring broke.

This product is a scam. They will continue to charge you and save your credit info.

Only received a partial order. The product itself works as advertised (the parts of it that came).

Product broke in 2 weeks and I haven't heard back about a refund or new product. I sent pictures of the broken product and never heard back.

Shipping took about 3 weeks, which used up a lot of the days we were planning to practice.

Hidden fees. Not the same quality that was advertised

No one will emailing me or refunding me for a dug out monthly fee. So scuzzy.

Product did not meet expectations. I chose Kynvale after reading review of other amazon products that were inferior. It seems like this product is built at a similar quality at a higher price point.

Product seems cheap and not very durable. Doesn’t even pop the ball very high.

I have been charged £31 and have not been informed why? I have not signed up for subscription.

Poor customer support. Never got all my order, sneaked a subscription fee into it and nothing to show for this subscription.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service does not communicate with you. It does not answer your questions. They continue to charge the card without any permission.

Extra charges on account product great but not worth the extra charge

Failed way too quickly!

Don’t like the fact that I was charged $57 for the dugout club, something I was unaware that I subscribed to. I enquired and had a response and was told how to cancel the subscription and no mention of a refund. It’s been quiet since I asked when can I expect the refund.

Never received balls to go with popper. Reached out to customer service twice with no response
