Easy to order and buy. Delivery time was reasonable. Comforter was nicely packed. All good there. But as I already mentioned in my review, I think a) the customer should have the option to have 4, 6, or 8 lbs of wool. b) the customer should be able to specify whether the comforter comes with or without loops sewn on, at no additional cost. In the latter, you'd send the material and pins as you do now. c) The price is almost painfully high. Thank you! Tony
