My overall experience with Contoura was disappointing. The product did not match the description, particularly in terms of weight and flexibility. It felt significantly heavier and more rigid than expected, which made it uncomfortable and not suitable for its intended use. The lack of alignment between what was advertised and what was received impacted my overall satisfaction. The lack of willingness to compensate the customer is very poor customer service.
