It’s been WEEKS and I cannot get ahold of anyone to refund me. I already sent the counterfeit shoes back and you’ve received them. HOW is this place still operating?

The shoes I received were too small, and I also noticed that the size sent did not match what I had ordered. Following your instructions, I returned the shoes for an exchange. Since then, I have sent several emails requesting an update, but I have not received any response. It has now been a long time, and I am very disappointed with the lack of communication. At this point, I no longer wish to proceed with the exchange. Instead, I am requesting a full refund for my order. Please confirm that

Shipping took too long I was suppose to get socks with my order and never receive those either and my order was the wrong size

I had a really good overall experience with Zalorah, even though there was a bit of a wait. It took about a month for my sneakers to arrive, but once they got here, I was thrilled. The shoes are incredibly comfortable, high-quality, and exactly as described on the website. If you don't mind waiting a little longer for delivery, the product is absolutely worth it. I will definitely be buying from them again and highly recommend them!

They took a long time to come in. Not what the shipping originally said.

I received the order and the shoes were too small. I requested a new size and a shipping label was sent to me. I returned the shoes. I never received my new pair the correct size nor to this day have I received a refund or response after several attempts, reaching out to customer service terrible experience I will never order from your company again absolute horrible horrible customer service.

The product took way too long to arrive and the quality was questionable.

Easy and simple

I took three weeks for my shoes to arrive and then I emailed customer service asking how to return my socks and shoes and what the policy was. I never received a response and then became out of the standard 30 day return policy. This was a few months ago and I never heard anything back. I will never use this company again.

Long shipping times and inaccurate sizing. I love my shoes but not sure of the return policy as they don't fit.
