I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a pair of shoes and found the size to be too big right after trying them on. I immediately reached out on 25th June via email and WhatsApp, even shared videos and pictures, but haven’t received any proper response. The shoes are packed and ready, but no one has come to pick them up. I’ve also asked for a refund, but there’s been no update, no support, and no resolution till now. Regret buying from them.
