I am very disappointed with my purchase. The item didn’t arrive on time due to the carrier, the parcel was returned, and the event I needed it for has already passed. Customer service was not understanding and refused a refund, only offering a credit or to resend the dress, which I no longer need. I won’t be ordering again and do not recommend this site.

Would not recommend !! I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I placed my order over 4 weeks ago, despite the listing clearly stating a delivery time of 1–3 days. The item has still not been received.
I have messaged the team multiple times requesting an update, but have received no response, which is unacceptable. I also requested a refund, and this has not been processed.
Poor communication, misleading delivery information would bug recommend !!!

I hesitated to write this review, but my experience was very disappointing. I ordered a blue kaftan and received one in a completely different, unclear color (green or grey). I tried contacting the company several times through different channels to return the item, but never received a response. Very disappointing, especially considering the amount of money involved and the complete lack of resolution.
