Une catastrophe. Aucune écoute, aucune solution, et refus total de remboursement. On me propose un échange, comme si j’avais envie de recevoir encore un article pourri. Franchement, j’ai perdu mon temps et mon argent. Le SAV est nul, pas pro du tout. Je déconseille fortement ce site, surtout si vous voulez éviter les galères.
