I am furious - I signed up for a subscription for the collagen powder at £29.95 per month, with some free face masks I didn't even want. You've subsequently charged me £20 a month extra for face masks I did not sign up for. And craftily sent no invoice or receipt by email, so I only just spotted on my bank statement.
