Item was not available for pickup at the event on race day as promised. I was offered a refund or discount on another item but I declined as the special edition pack had been a gift. I borrowed another pack expecting the USWE pack to be available within days after returning home. (This is really what I felt I had be led to believe.) It still took almost 3 weeks before it arrived and was not available for two other big rides in the interim.
USWE also waived the shipping fee so that was nice.
