It is rare indeed to receive personalised service from automated outlets. However, I had some special requests attached to two recent orders which were dealt with by the owner, including on a Sunday. Feedback on the chocolates was extraordinarily glowing from people who are hard to please. The service was brilliant. If possible, I would have given 10 out of 5 for this shop. They deserve it.
