Chair arrived in a used condition. Emails sent as proof. They kept denying it was secondhand but agreed the condition wasn't right. Screws were already in holes and the heads had been rounded off so you couldn't get them out. They refused to let me return or give me a refund. Instead the best they would do is a £15 refund and replace some parts where I couldn't get the screws out.
