I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a product for my baby with expedited shipping, but it never arrived. Customer service was dismissive and aggressive, told me to “check tracking,” and even criticized my punctuation. They blamed me and accused me of “bullying,” which was completely untrue. As a postpartum mother, I just needed help, but was met with zero empathy. I would not recommend this company.
