I have had to contact Customer Service at least twice recently. Most times, I leave messages since agents do not pick up. Responses to those messages have been on average 1-2 weeks. However, most recently, an agent did answer and she helped resolve my pump issue, which required a replacement. We did go through all troubleshooting steps however, which included removal and reinstall of batteries...
