I kept getting Instagram ads and Facebook ads advertising 30% off. When I tried the code it said that it could not be applied. I contacted customer service and they said that code had ended. I logged back onto Instagram and got another advertising post with the same code. I screenshot this and sent it through to customer service asking them to honour the code or take down the ad, and they did not reply. Eventually I got the code to work through another customer service member.

Whilst the majora skirt is well made, the colours are nowhere as vibrant as the pics used in your marketing. Even the image sent in the email to obtain this review is very different to what I received. If I had known how pale the colours were, I wouldn’t have purchased it. To send it back requires an entire process, and for me, I don’t have the time as I’m heading overseas tomorrow. For transparency, I think you need to be honest about the colour variation in all your marketing.

Great service initially - rang me to see if I had sized down which I had but was still too big. Returned & asked for an exchange instead of a store credit but no reply & just sent the store credit. Ordered again & when the shirt arrived, was still very oversized & had a small hole in it from the tag so you may want to pierce it elsewhere on the shirt to prevent this happening.
