It's a bummer that you only ship things from America. I live in the Netherlands, and now the shipping costs where the same as the product itself. Also, it looked like my order got stuck at some point during delivery, but they had just failed to update me. And, the package was delivered on the wrong floor. It would also be useful to mention if the package fits through a mailbox slot. This way I know that I do not have to be home when the package gets delivered.
