Excellent product! The construction is solid and the price is justified. It's truly an essential purchase if you're buying an electric scooter or skateboard like this one. I've bought two electric scooters from other brands before, but this one is the most beautiful and powerful. I highly recommend this product.

I love my scooter. Had a bit of a tough time with rear disc brake noise... But not too terrible. The scooter is overall a great value! I added some handlebar extenders under the grip area to widen the bars by about 2 inches on each side, silicone grips, a bag, and a quad lock phone mount. I've had so much making it my own... Thanks again, Backfire! I'll continue to spread the word on your behalf! -Jay

I was a bit skeptical at first but I trust Randy because I was genuine and quick to respond to my messages. As now, I'm always in a hurry to hop on. And I've given it a name "Melody". Backfire scooters are great, and I will eagerly tell the whole world to try it. Tn me, the team is trustworthy.

Customer service responded to my email quickly, and I received the scooter within seven days of ordering on a Friday.

The company is set up really solidly. If you have questions, there are a bunch of videos on YouTube. Need replacement parts? There are vids that guide you and they also sell parts separately. Just hope they don't go out of biz like others have.

This was a good purchase and they were very supportive. I called about a missed delivery. The product was delivered to a neighbor who happens to be the Landlord. That was the decision of FedEx.
