My order’s tracking status has shown “shipping label created” since December 4th, and as of December 11th, there has been no movement or update. This delay is unacceptable. Please provide (1) an immediate status update, and (2) confirmation that the package has actually been handed to the carrier. If the item has not shipped, please issue a full refund or send a replacement with expedited shipping.

Slow shipping, tracking number link in the emails doesn't work and is glitchy on the culture boss website. After placing the order I didn't get another notification until a week later letting me know the order was shipped. This being my first order I was a little afraid I got scammed.
