Hi, I’m having a problem with my Cannulas that were purchased on December 18, 2024.
Order # 91615 (25) were purchased they are # 16 SOFT-7 Salter Labs Soft Cannulas it appears that they are defective when my oxygen Concentration machine is hooked up and running something is blocking the oxygen to come out. I opened 4 up until I was able to find one that was good.
I can send the defective ones back to you and you can send me ones that work. I’m using 3 LPM of oxygen and it makes a difference when they don’t work properly. I had got a hold of Salter Labs and they said that you would take care of this issue.
