Vendor charged purchase to my credit card. Then told me that my card was unacceptable because the billing address was a P.O. Box and not the shipping address. I gave them another card that met their requirement (which was not disclosed until after they had charged my first card). Then they charged me 3 percent to give me a refund on the first charge. If I did not need the portable concentrator immediately for an upcoming trip, I would have canceled my order.
