I never received my order after much back and forth emailing with Bamboo customer service after 5 months and one package sent to perfectly good addresses twice I have only now been “partially refunded” for an order I never got to touch and also had free shipping on. No response as to why it was not fully refunded and definitely not worth the trouble. I was excited to receive the items but it is not worth the hassle to try again. I’ve never had so much issues receiving a package.

Easy to shop

Never got my order. They're not answering my emails. Terrible.

Love the feel and the shape. Surprisingly a lot give for curves. Makes you feel irresistible and at you best. Great sporty look.

Used measurements from site but nothing fit properly and I cannot return because they were sale items.

The products are nice, only ordered some bras from there. Cute and comfy, i don't know if the quality is gonna make it through many years, though. The delivery was awfully long; it Took 7 weeks before I get my orde. I contacted the company 3 times, and They tell me every time that it was the carrier that was delayed. It May be tue, but still.

I love Bamboo underwear so much, this time the only issue was the G strings that I ordered are way too large, the sizing is way off unfortunately and there's so way I can wear them!

Several items didn't arrive and I had to reach out to customer support 3 times until they were finally resent (2.5 months after ordering initially)

Well made, does not feel cheap. Nice thick material. I’m 5’1 120lbs and found the small a little too tight on the bum, I might try a medium next.

The shipping time was around 10 days and the shipping cost for returns/size exchanges is not covered by the seller, so I won’t be buying other items than the rib thongs that I know fit me well.
