Their shipping and customer service wasn't great. On their website it said that customers experiencing shipping delays would receive a free pair of shoes, but the company said that because it was from the shipping company and not them they would not send the shoes.
Also, every time I ever see an ad for them, they say that they're running an anniversary sale, there are only 9 pairs left, and you have to get your free pairs while they can! So basically, it feels like a scam. But loved the shoes.
