The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. A month later and I still never got them. Customer service was zero help. Do not buy from here!!

My place my order on February 28th and have not received my order. I don't have any type of contact number to reach out to locate my order.

Way too slow shipping and almost zero communication. Ordered over a month ago and product hasn’t arrived. Highly wondering if it’s a scam. I didn’t spend enough money to even try to ask for a refund.

Horrible customer service! Never received my order and never got any real updates. I guess I'll never get my money back. I have reached out several times to support and they always reply with very vague and non-specific reasons as to why there's a delay. I ordered my items 2 months ago to give you an idea. Don't waste your money!

I still have not received my order. My items were shipped on 27 February 2025 and it's now 5 April and I still have not received my order. I emailed customer service twice and was told their tracking system from Denmark is not working. I have no idea when I will receive my order.
