Love the 3 for 29.99 deal, wasn't expecting the delivery to take two and a half months though but they are awesome to have!!

Still haven’t received shoes. Customer service is not helping

Delivery took 1 month. The sock part ripped after 2 wears. They’re the only shoes my daughter will actually walk in, but I won’t be ordering again. Customer support was terrible too.

It took 2 months to receive my order. One of the shoes is already too small for my child to wear. When I emailed them through the 2 months, I ended up getting the same message copied and pasted.

Terrible customer service. Majority of the communication I've had with them has been responded to by automated emails that don't answer my questions. They want me to pay for shipping to China to get a refund, which they never said in their initial emails and it doesn't as that on their website.

SCAM SITE. DO NOT ORDER. You will NEVER receive your order despite multiple emails and MONTHS will go by with NOTHING. Order from Amazon. You’ll actually get your product and they have the same thing. Do not buy from here. They will also delete any comments regarding their terrible customer service and lack of action when you don’t receive what you have paid for.

My order has been in transit for weeks now and there is no delivery date in sight. I ordered on 02/20/25, was told that the package should arrive by 03/16; it is now 04/07/25 and the company still hasn’t given me an answer as to where my package is nor have they offered any compensation for the issue. I definitely will not be ordering again.

Would not buy again. Was unable to get exchange the sizes where way to large for my baby. Was not able to speak to a real person to get this issue resolved. My items took over a month and a half to get to me. Will not recommend.
