I am beyond disappointed with my experience shopping at Clarks MY Online. It was a disaster from start to finish. First, the delivery was incredibly slow. When the parcel finally arrived, I was shocked to see the condition of the package. The shoe box was completely "barai" (trashed and crushed), showing a total lack of care in handling. To make matters worse, when I reached out because I needed to exchange the size, the process was a nightmare and they were completely unhelpful.
