The return policy is truly pathetic. Too many rules about this can’ t be returned. I don’t believe this is fair, shopping online! In store you can go to a dressing room, leave it in a heap if it’s a no, sales folk pick up the mess.
Tradlands mark off $10.00, call it a markdown & threaten you are not allowed to return! What a crapshoot, especially if you have never tried their pieces before. Poor marketing practice to customer. I’ll not come back.

I was a little disappointed in the shipping of my order taking over a full week to create a label and then dropped off at USPS. I had to email them to see why it had not shipped and then quickly got an email after that it was on the way. So I suspect my email prompted them to find it. Overall it got here fine but could’ve been more prompt in shipping an in stock item.
