I recently ordered 2 sets of brake pads for my OOTD T10, the (old version) of the brake pads but I was sent the new brake pads that isn’t compatible with my scooter. I waited 2 weeks for them and still have to ride with no brakes, the lack of a customer service number is also a bummer because if I could just call we could get the ball running on getting it right this time but I have to wait until someone get around to my email. I feel I deserve something free for the inconvenience
