The Statesman ring arrived broken. I submitted a claim. Was told I would be contacted in 24 hours. Here we are 12 days after delivery and I still do not have any communication about the claim. Your website servicing the claim does not offer any other communication or way to communicate. I would give 5 stars because the browsing and purchasing was extremely easy, but this warranty claim has been frustrating.
