Just took too long for me

my package was sent to a delivery center where a pickup wasn’t possible. now my package is stuck at the delivery center and they won’t send it to me. i tried to contact them and i no matter how i try, it is not in my power to control when and how the package is going to get send to my house. i payed for a camera that never got to me and i can’t even get a refund because the package didn’t got to me in first place. i normally have the right to get my money back but i can’t. i did absolutely nothing wrong and payed accordingly, and that’s how i am being treated like. i even went so far to contact their email: [email protected] and i would get an answer. after to write them multiple times, i still got ignored. yet, sending me ads and a mail where i should write a review of an product that didn’t even arrive at my house is ridiculous. i feel disrespected. i regret trusting the company and buying from thatonestreet. i wouldn’t recommend !!

No problems at all. Great shipping. Reasonable prices. Great quality items.

Items are very poor quality and support team doesn’t email back quick at all if ever.

Shipping took way too long, and doesn’t offer refunds for a poor quality product!

My camera didn’t work, went back and forth trying to fix it and when I had done all their suggestions with no result I asked for a refund and haven’t heard back

The brand is okay, but selling camcorders at three times the price they’re available for online feels like a ripoff. I get marking up for profit, but this feels excessive and unfair to customers. Transparency and fair pricing would go a long way.
