Terrible! I am very unhappy with Houghton Horns. They sent linkage oil to me rather than valve oil. I returned the item and still haven't received the correct item after two weeks. Tried calling twice to talk to them, but got no response. I know this is only a $5 item, but it's the principle of the the whole thing. Honestly, they could have turned a bad transaction into a great one if they had just sent the valve oil to me and forgotten about their linkage oil. I would have been a customer for life. Instead, I got poor customer service. Won't be buying from Houghton Horns again.
