I think the customer service was great. I was treated with respect and a friendly voice when I called asking about the status of when my order would arrive. My only comment is that it took me calling to find out you were behind schedule shipping the order out. It would have been nice to get an email advising of the delay especially since my card had already been charged and it had been 2 weeks without any notification.
