It seems to me a lot more details could be described regarding bike functions. Like for instance it does not have cruise control. Customer service was fast. However it doesn't seem like any action or follow up has been taken on my request. Shipping was fast! All of the YouTube reviews are very positive. Appreciated the discount by using links of creators on YouTube!

The E-Bike showed up on time. My husband put it together without too much trouble. I am not a real experienced rider, but, so far I'm loving it.

Super easy. Bike showed up in about a week 90% assembled and with no damage from shipping.

It was easy shopping with these guys. They tell you everything you need to know about the bike.

Not sure if it is the tire or the inner tube, but the tire deflated only after two rides.

Ordering went fine. My question on fit for my baggage carrier was half answered, didn't get a response to hook size. Then I had a couple of emails saying package had arrived when it was actually at an in between stage. Had to ask about that and got a prompt answer. Overall, it was fine.

Fast, Easy and Personable!

Lacros is a sturdy brand, customer service was quick and simple. I remember I had an issue and had received a damaged screen upon delivery. Of course since I had called after hour there was no answer and I didn't leave a message. Early the next morning I received a called back from a rep. Everything was resolved within a few hours. Kudos, just fyi I bought the orange thunder bike I believe.
