I would have rather received a prepaid shipping label and deducted your shipping cost like the usual $6-9 from my return instead of trying to ship the return myself which cost over $20 for the cheapest shipping. The other shipping prices were about $30-45+. I also asked for confirmation of the return process for what I was returning and didn’t get an answer.
