Initially I was sent the wrong water bottle. Once I finally got the correct bottle, there were no stickers included. When we finally got the stickers, we realised one did not match the and that there had been a misprint on the bottle. (There was an American location on the bottle, but a Canadian location sticker). Costomer Service was quick to respond and willing to do what they could to correct mistakes; however, still disappointing to have so many mistakes made with the order.
