I purchased this embosser as a birthday gift. Unfortunately the recipient has returned it to me saying that it is faulty and doesn't work. It does not emboss pages in a book at all, and it doesn't fully emboss the stickers, leaving only a feint outline. I have tried this product myself and cannot get it to perform as your sale expectations led me to believe. Sadly, this purchase does not live up to its expectations and does not perform as sold. I wish to lodge a complaint via customer support,
