Awesome high pressure hose, great for boats and cars.

The Blahst staff were quite helpful but like most other companies insist on using Aramex for delivery. Aramex quite frankly suck! My package was in Qld in a few days according to the Aramex website, then it was in Victoria for weeks and then was suddenly delivered to my Qld address. Really bad service from Aramex.

Oreder was lost in the system and waited over 2 months as my payment was incorrectly allocated as a payment from a transport company

This was a gift for my husband for Xmas. Let’s just say our cars, ours daughters cars the neighbours cars anyone that visits cars are now all perfectly clean. It’s no longer a chore for him . I have bought the vacuum , dryer and extension cord for his birthday in January. Best gift I have ever given him.

Service have been slow. They have leaked my personal information, email. With what appears to be everyone waiting for the R18 wall mount pressure washer. Was told an item I order was a pre order when it was not advertised that way and have been waiting now 3 months. Was offered a refund of a parentage of the items cost and it was delayed but they this as not been processed or can communication around this. .

Good prompt service and answer any questions I had

It was a quite disappointing experience as I feel I was misled when I received an email to say that the machine is back in stock and waiting for a correspondence to say that they’ve sent the machine when I had to ring them up myself and was told they were still waiting for the machine. I was then told it had just arrived that day and they well send as soon as they get it unpacked. Very disappointing experience.

Flippant response to my enquiry about conversion from BLAHST to standard hose inlet. Bit rude after forking out about 3 times the price of amazon models. BLAHST should look after Aussies buying Australian better!
