For one, I submitted my order by accident before getting to add a coupon code and an additional pair of underwear. I tried to cancel my order under order information immediately, it isn’t an option. I submitted an email to just cancel it and let me reorder within minutes of submitting my order to customer service and they replied that the order had already shipped/been processed.
