The products are very good, but my experience with the buying is not good, because I live in Brazil but I ship to USA. My credit card is international. When I tried to close my order, show an error with a generic message (order number 9582).
I send messages by chat and received this answer: “Unfortunately our system automatically cancelled this order for the protection of the client due to multiple failed attempts of payments.”
Of course, I was trying close the order, but received messages unclear.
