Constant fob offs about waiting to get tracking info from thier shipping partner but no tracking or item is ever received, your order sticks on parcel data received and nothing else happens despite several attempts to reach out for updates, you just get the same response that they are waiting on a tracking link from thier shipping provider and refusal to do anything else to resolve things. Shipping provider has dismal reviews, wish I'd known who they were using for shipping before ordering.
