Took 3 weeks + to receive.

I only bought buy one get one discounted but you sent total of four kits and charged me for all of them. I ordered on June 14th and did not receive until July 3rd.

I at first thought this was a scam but it is very legit and they were excellent with communication and keeping me updated when the product would arrive

The sheer amount of emails that you people send are insane. And most of those emails do not tell you how long it's going to take to ship here

Response time in correspondence could be improved upon, along with their actions. Only given partial reimbursement, and told to keep product that caused multiple reactions.

Asked for refund. I will return product.

Porcelain is not porcelain, ie, light in color. There was no other choice for a very light color so I took a chance. I made the wrong choice in going with this makeup

I was still deciding about whether to order two sets at this price and my order went through without my consent. I reached out to find out why the order was placed and they were no help. I dont get how that order got placed without my final consent. I know better now that to put in cart before I make up my mind 😑

I didn’t even mean to place the order. I was looking at reviews and somehow my order was submitted.

this was a birthday present for my daughter. It is not what I ordered. I ordered Laura Geller brand name and that is what she wanted plus, it took a long time to get and then we missed her birthday.
