There was an offer if you spent a certain amount, you could get additional discount at the end where you submit the sale it did not give me the discount. I tried three different times to email your company. That I either wanted to cancel the ring, which is what I bought to raise the total amount of the sale. Or I wanted the discount as stated in the sale. I have received the watch but not the ring so I would really like to know what is going on
