Took a long time to arrive.

Ordering was easy. Took awhile to get them.

I received three lamps as ordered but was given a silver one instead of brass colored one and it isn't worth the hassle to return so I don't have what i wanted for the room I needed it.

Package looked like it was run over by a car when I got it

Not much to say. Was expecting a better product

I was a little surprised because the marketing made me think it was a Canadian company (I guess because of the 'free shipping in Canada' heading on the website) but then it seemed like it was going through customs when I tracked the package. The experience was okay besides that, except for the packages being really dented and beat up (which I described in the review).

It has been difficult to gets assistance with a return.

It took almost 4 weeks to arrive so be sure to order early if you want it by a specific day.

Wishing I had updates more accurate than the tracking.

What I loved was the ability to return with no hassle. Most of the companies require you to ship back to China's warehouse at your own expensive, making it prohibitive to send items back. I try to always check now about returns before I buy.

Way too long shipping product not as advertised

Not really satisfied with the lamps, one is not a bright as the other even when fully charged.

Long shipping time, with tracking that supplied next to no info. Lamps don't provide enough light for my needs, and I highly regret the price I paid for these. Might have been satisfied at a fraction of the cost . . .No more Facebook purchases for me!

Poor customer service

The silver lamp takes a lot to turn it on. The duration of the light is not very long. Nor are the lights strong enough to see more than the circumphas of the light head. Not as advertised.

Arrived intact and quickly

Bad one—specially the shipping. Don’t know why the ridiculous time that took to get home. Over a good week. Don’t know if someone was walking with the package rather than ship it by plane.

Not happy.
