After a few days I didn't get any notification regarding dispatch. I emailed and was told my order was delivered which it wasn't. I contacted DPD and they had no record of it. I was then told that it was a mistake and that my order wasn't even dispatched. As it was my first time ordering from Gerard online I was disappointed with the experience.
