DPD proved excellent in notice of delivery provides a one hour slot and the delivery petsonnel adhered to this with a friendly approach. DPD also cater for customer to reply to delivery notice text + change the date ir time. This versus another service frequently used by companies for online orders when cutomer has to guess what time the delivery will take place + there's no option to rey / inform delivery petsonnel if customer can't be in on suggested delivery date.
