When 1 of my 3 rings did not arrive in same package, it took 3 attempts to get clear help. I was never given new tracking number, and after weeks waiting without that, it just arrived. I would have appreciated a tracking number. By the time no news, I wrote a fourth time for refund….then the Aurelius 8 arrived. That was not pleasant to not know what ever happened to my Aurelius ring, but the HARO and ENTREPRENEUR were beautiful and arrived perfectly. I purchased in 25 Dec, and finally lost ring arrived in 18th of January, while the other two in Jan 2. You can see a 16 day wait without news or resolution or new tracking number.
